To be a world-renowned and elite cake artisan, on par with the legendary Ron Ben-Israel.
To own a boutique patisserie specializing in couture cakes, and to be a professional cake-decorating instructor.
GOAL:
- Achieve certification in cake decoration.
- Take up a course in Wilton Chicago
- Study Pastry Arts at French Culinary Institute (New York)
- Internship/ apprenticeship with Ron Ben-Israel
- Craft a strategic business plan with a winning USP.
