I've registered for my first 2 cake decorating classes at B-I-Y yesterday! Popped by the store and I was enrolled in no time :) Can't wait for my classes to begin!!!
To be a world-renowned and elite cake artisan, on par with the legendary Ron Ben-Israel.
To own a bakery specializing in couture cakes, and to be a professional cake-decorating instructor.

My First Cake Book
It's finally MINE!!!! Every page is an inspiration, reminding me not to be stuck in a rut. Will talk more about the book later.
But last night, I finally signed up for some courses at B-I-Y. I called them up to enquire and the lady who answered my call was kind enough to inform me that I can simply email the registration forms to reserve a space. Then I can make the payment either by mailing the cheque, via internet banking or at the store.
I will probably drop by the store one of these days to make my payment and also to check-out the shop cos I've never actually been there before.
Can't wait for my first class on 4 Feb!!! :)
First Post
I've been entertaining this thought for years but never gotten around to doing it, and this past few weeks, while trying to reconnect with my creative side (how ironic cos I am working in the creative industry but am not getting the freedom to flaunt my creative flair), the thought of revisiting this idea came floating back to mind.
Last Saturday, I was at the Jurong East library and as soon as I flipped the pages of that book, I knew I had to have it. I called Kinokuniya on the spot to check of its availability and immediately reserved one, which I'll be collecting tonight!!
I'm starting a blog for this, to keep track of my progress and development, and to convince myself that this is not yet another passing fad. I admit that I tend to be like a 'three-minute-hot-coffee' but if I can follow this through, I'll finally have that sense of satisfaction that I'm thirsting for.
HUAITINGGGGG!!!!!!!
